- Translators: (Afaan Oromo/English) to help with resource development.
- Mentors: To guide youth and job-seekers.
- Technical Instructors: To lead digital literacy workshops.
- Current Openings: We are currently seeking a Volunteer Grant Writer and Social Media Coordinator.

Career & Counseling
Career & Counseling: We believe in holistic rehabilitation. Our counseling services help victims of violence and displacement process trauma. Simultaneously, our career guidance programs help youth and adults identify pathways to economic independence.
- Newcomer Integration: We offer guidance for navigating the Canadian job market, helping skilled immigrants translate their experience into local success.
- Youth Mentorship: “Closing the Gap” mentorship programs connecting Oromo-Canadian youth with professional role models in Calgary to prevent gang involvement and encourage academic excellence.
- Family Counseling: culturally responsive support for families navigating the generational gap between traditional values and modern Canadian life.
